A Zoroastrian perspective on organ donation
Zoroastrians believe that after life on Earth, the immortal human soul is judged by God as to whether it did more good deeds than evil during its lifetime.
Immortal souls that balance in favour of good over evil go to what Zarathustra referred to simply as the "best existence" - or heaven - and those immortal souls that balance in favour of evil go to the "worst existence" - or hell, and remain there until the end of time.
The most important thing about Zoroastrianism is the dedication to ethical and moral excellence.
Each individual person has a choice. For me, I think it is my duty to donate. If we can receive organ donations, why can we not donate?Vada Dastur Khurshed Dastur Kekobad P Dastoor

The motto of the faith is:
Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds.
This threefold path is the centre of the Zoroastrian faith. Zoroastrians believe that one knows what is good through the divine help of Vohu Manah (Good Mind), divinely-inspired conscience (Daena) and God's hearkener to humans (Sraosha).
By thinking good thoughts, one is moved to speak good words, and this leads to good deeds.
